Hey Nataly! I’m sorry he did not let you know that. Yes, you have to go with no nail polish. They will send you home if you are over your max weight. I’m not sure if you meet the BFM requirements to go being over the max weight. Ask your recruiter for the BFM sheet. What the paper is: if you are over your max weight you can go to your doctor or urgent care and get taped. So they will measure your neck, abdomen, and waist. As long your BFM is under 27% then you can join while being over your max weight. Good luck with everything. Let me know how it goes. I also have a video on how I lost weight😊
Im so worried ab this bc i have self harm scars on my right thigh and on my left wrist 🥲 they are old i was 15. Im 19 now but ion plan on going anytime soon im losing weight atm
my recruiter has been telling me i have to lift a bar of 80lbs above my head. is that true. do they make you lift weight? i weigh 104 and i’m 5’3. just curious because i’ve been training and i’m not sure i’ll be able to lift 80lbs
I’ve never heard of bar lifting but I do know you are under the minimum weight requirement for your height. 107 is the minimum so be careful at Meps because of that they could consider you not fit

No you cannot get disqualified for crowded teeth lol.

No, it’s not allowed at my MEPS due to Covid but you can ask the AF liaison to record the swear in.
