The rollers, no matter what stone is used (ive seen jade and clear and rose quarts varieties) put them in the fridge for depuffing the under eye area or if you just need a cool down in hot summer months!

This was a good box. I liked the theme this month. Great subscription overall. Def only drink the tea at bedtime. Not to just relax randomly during the day.. like a half hour to an hour b4 bedtime... My doc started me on melatonin in tablet form a while ago for sleep instead of a heavy sleeping tablet that made me groggy as hell in the morning. I'm either up all night or waking up a million times a night without it, The melatonin gets me to sleep pretty fast too. It should help you depending on the amount in the tea anyways. Otherwise you could probably find it at the drugstore in tablet or gummy version. It's over the counter in the US Idk about the UK but I'm thinking it probably is.

Those bags can be reused. I use little bags like that for nails and jewelry.
I reuse any little plastic bags I get from boxes like these for different herbs to keep them fresher for rituals
