    清痰、袪濕、補脾肺
    南棗栗子扁豆核桃瘦肉湯
    材料:
    核桃肉80克
    栗子150克(已去殼)
    南棗8粒
    扁豆1兩半
    淮山1兩半
    瘦肉300克
    處理:
    1. 核桃,清水浸。
    2. 扁豆、淮山、南棗及栗子,清水浸。
    3. 瘦肉,輕手𠝹幾刀,令其容易出味。
    4. 核桃,擎乾水,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
    5. 大火煲滾清水1升,放瘦肉出水,水滾至起泡,加入核桃滾30秒,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
    6. 扁豆、淮山、南棗及栗子,擎乾水,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
    7. 洗乾淨煲。
    烹調:
    1. 所有材料,放煲內。
    2. 加入清水至容量4升。
    3. 大火滾起,轉中慢火,煲1小時。
    4. 完成,可享用。
    Walnut and lean meat soup with south jujubes, chestnuts and lentils
    Ingredients:
    Walnut flesh 80g
    Chestnuts 150g (no shells)
    South jujubes 8 Nos.
    Lentils 1.5 taels
    Yam 1.5 taels
    Lean meat 300g
    Preparation:
    1. Walnuts, soak in tap water.
    2. Lentils, yam, south jujubes and chestnuts, soak in tap water.
    3. Lean meat, make several cuts on it, to make the flavor more rich.
    4. Walnuts, get them drained. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
    5. Heat up 1L of water at high flame. Put pork, boil until bubbles arising. Add in walnuts and boil for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
    6. Lentils, yam, south jujubes and chestnuts, get them drained. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
    7. Rinse a pot.
    Steps:
    1. All ingredients. Put in the pot.
    2. Add in water up to volume of 4L.
    3. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for an hour.
    4. Complete. Serve.
    Weather is humid during these days. If you feel uncomfortable in your throats, or if you feel tired, boil this soup to make you feel moisturizing.
