The most pertinent point of this conversation between two high ranking officers was --why three officers ,one co, one company commander, and third a Dy SP, gathered at one place, when they should have been operating independently with their men. This is usual scenario in our country,on 26/11/ in Mumbai all three high ranking officers were in one Jeep, good sitting ducks for Kasab and co. No lessons are learnt.
