@@Ri_homem_sacanawdym he's better? He's crap, his passive stacks are only for 2 hit while Qi has 4, his attack animation is slower than Qi, His ult is smaller than Qi, the heal from passive are shite compared to Qi, and his blink feels slow compared to Qi
The new skill rework is cool but it's not very helpful in killing enemy fast, The old second skill damage is crap already and they even reduce it, basic attack damage with passive will have higher damage than this. It is specifically for healing and brawling. So bursting a single target is not viable anymore

Probably next season. We just got Heino so itll still take long forr next hero. According to the weibo leaks next hero might be the musketeer looking HAT GUY who appeared at ending scene of Heino's animation.
