The powerful Brinly 42 in. Front Mount Blade is the go-to tool for pushing snow. The ideal size for residential sidewalks and driveways, the steel snow blade comes with three angle adjustments and a mounting kit for a quick one-time install. The spring blade trip mechanism protects the blade and mower from hidden obstacles, while the adjustable wear bar increases lifespan and durability. For operator convenience, the blade can be raised or lowered right from the tractor seat. A tool as versatile as it is effective, the Brinly Front Mount Blade can also be used to move loose dirt, sand, and gravel. When you're ready to remove the blade from your RYOBI Mower, it's an easy job with no tools required.
Is there any suitable snowplow available for 46" Ryobi lawn mower tractor which has 2" hitch in the front ?
Not yet, our the current Brinly snow blade won't fit the larger models. We will put a request in to look into expanding the mower size range, thank you for the suggestion!
Thank you for the video. Really helpful. I have the same snow plow attachment... The only problem I have is that the shovel blade turns down very easily... With no reason. I was expecting that when I hit a crack or a rock, but with just pure snow, it turns down very easily... Do you have the same issue? Cheers, Walter
Hello, please send in some photos of the assembly to customerservice@brinly.com, and we would be happy to take a look at that.
Thanks for the question! We now have a video showing that if you tighten down the bolt on the spring in the back, you'll get more resistance and it will take more impact like a rock to tip it. ruclips.net/video/Coy-clUq5QU/видео.html
8:35 How does this "self locking feature" work? I have completed the installation, but the plow will not stay up when pulled back. I pull the handle back all the way, and it just falls back down when I let go. I have tightened the spring till it touches the bracket, and the nuts on the ribs are facing the right way as per the instructions.
Figured it out. In step 15, reinforcement bracket, I tightened it too much. This caused the bracket to hit the handle tube when pulling the handle back, not letting it be pulled back all the way (I thought I had pulled it back all the way since it would go no further). I loosened it to allow the bracket to travel farther and into the handle tube. Now I am able to pull it back the correct distance, and it stays locked in the up position.

Will this work on my ryobi 30 inch riding mower
This blade was designed to be compatible with the RYOBI electric riding mower, models RY48110 and RY48112.
So I tried to get this done and last year and failed. I have a severe walking disability and the manual functions were just to difficult for me. So with a little Yankee ingenuity I came up with this rig. Three linear actuators powered by a single 18v Ryobi battery. The whole unit is installed or removed with two pins and one bolt. The true test will come with the first snow,

My blade doesn't sit flat on the ground. Is there an adjustment of some sort I'm missing?
