Girls’ Generation is indeed very experimental and that’s what i like about them. They always comeback with something new and everything they do is a hit. I think no girl group has reached their level up until today.

Until now, INTW will make me cry. I'm so proud of them. They are the blueprint of GG. They are the remaining SoKor NGG GIRL'S GENERATION.
I would recommend from them The Boys, All Night, Catch Me If You Can. Also literally all their songs. They two sub units, but for vocals GG!TTS is literally the dream. If you watch Twinkle you will get a surprise, also with Genie, although the Japanese version is the one that has the surprise lmao. And for the memes that everyone know and the masterpiece song Yoo Young Jin did for SNSD called Beautiful Girls, is R&B galore

I think Girls Generation is the best kpop group . Their voices are incredibly, and all the japan tracks especially is so good.. Karma butterfly, boomarang You-a-holic, Galaxy Supernova to name a few :) There is also a great remix of one of their songs which is actually better then the original ( visual dreams robotaka remix) Btw. In "I got a boy" love how they say "Lets bring it back to 140" and the songs goes to 140Beats per minute, and also how the song sounds like in 1m40sec :) It was Gee that introduced me to Girls Generation. Love everyhing about the song

they are legendary, there will never be a group like them. As much as i like other groups and wish so much success for them and the typical "best kpop group" gets thrown around a lot. SNSD is the idol of so many idols that are active rn and the reason why they decided to become idols. They also got so many people into kpop.

I’m surprised Gee is your favorite, though it and Mr Mr are near the top of my fave SNSD title tracks. Two interesting songs to react to next from them could be All Night (the clean version; the other one is a documentary version) and Lion Heart! Idk whether Lion Heart would be up your alley or not, but I always find those two songs fun to listen to

What a joy it was watching this!! And was my first girl group back in 2011 and I've loved them ever since! I think you would enjoy 'You Think', 'Party', 'Lion Heart' (all basically from the same era but..) and 'run devil run' if you were wanting to do another marathon like video! They have fantastic Japanese releases and their sub-unit TTS is amazing too!
As a casual Sone, I found some new favorite songs, thank you. Honestly, the fact that they are having a group schedule this year gives me hope for a comeback, it is their 15th anniversary next year...

Man... I don't know what it is, but Even after listening to (and watching) Into The New World hundreds of times, I still tear up 😢 I love it so much... I love most of Girls Generation's title tracks, but their debut just does something to me😭 It's my absolutte favorite along with Genie!

As a musician, when I first heard IGAB, I had no time to process everything cause my brain was all over the place, i felt like there were fireworks lighting up my mind. All I could remember was being mindblown by the end of it all. It's such a masterpiece. And as for ITNW, I focused so much on the chord progressions, it's so beautiful. And the melody was just as playful as the instruments. Such a great song. Mr Mr. is just a bop in general, musically and vocally. TRULY ICONS.

It’s so hard to pick 5 songs to react to because their discography is so huge and they have so many good song but I really like Sir Austin’s song suggestions!
You can tell where SM got Next Level's influence- IGAB... except IGAB is like NL on crack
IGAB has a really good transition whereas Next Level's sounds catchy, but it sounds like two songs mixed together and they just added a transition to make it one.
Gee was I think among the first KPOP songs I ever heard and I loved it then and I still do now. Only now realizing that a certain someone was in the MV and that makes it even better ^^
