Hello, We have 4 different sizes of our cuddle bodies, 16"-18, 18"-20", 20"-22", 22"-24". I believe the one that is used in this video is sized for a large newborn (about 20"-22" completed. Our item #3715) and the joint sizes this size uses are 45mm (our item #3658) for the arms, and 55mm (our item #3660) for the legs. ---Bountiful Baby
