Some of these are real stretches. But I do appreciate the homage to Jackie Chan, as presented by Lei Wulong. It's no secret that he's Tekken's Jackie Chan insert, and a fellow so legendary deserves it. Plus, Tekken's the only series to pay tribute to both the late Bruce Lee and the still living Jackie Chan, to my knowledge. Lei's Tekken Tag Tournament 2 ending is basically the abridged version of the fight between Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan that fans of both never got to see. And I for one adore it.

Wow didn't know that! Thanks for this!
Lei being a "HK supercop" is the clearest nod to Jackie Chan famous role as HK police in many Police Story movies.
I honestly like the characters in tekken that are based on martial arts rather than the animeish characters
j0shred1 they do break some Anime moments like Ling Xiaoyu, Lee Chaolan, Kuma, Panda, Heihachi (in his humorous side), Asuka Kazama, Rodger
Joshred1 im very agree with your statement...in tekken7 now i dont play anime character too...like lars, leo and etc
