    Teaching ek aisa profession hai jaha specially women's ko rakha jata hai qk wo kam payment me bhi khush ho jate hai.
    Agar male staff ko rakha jata hai toh payment high rahti hai unki female ke comparison me.
    Same class same subject fir bhi kaha jata hai HE IS BREAD WINNER OF HIS FAMILY
    isko toh jyada money deni hi padegi.
    Pahle toh ye baat samajh me hi nahi aati thi lagta tha ki females are best care taker isliye unko rakh rahe but ab samajh me aa gya ki wo kam paise me kaam jyada aur bahut mehnat se karti hai.

    Have faced a similar gender based discrimination during my appraisal as well that too in a renowned organisation! The whole process seemed highly affected by the fact that I got married so I might leave the company or ask for a transfer from that work location..that situation frustrated me to the core☹️

    According to me , there is not just gender discrimination. Its more about buttering and be in the good book state. Even 2 people in the same gender face discrimination. There are few managers who are sexist, there are others who are not sexist but does more favor to those who knows how to take credit without getting work done. And we should focus on fighting all sorts of discrimination and try to bring more fairness in the system,

    Its not just one sector, in IT, non IT, even in film industry it happens ... no matter how much effort you put in , all they care is a guy is put on ur head.. and end of the day they say ki " arre yeh toh bache ko bukhar aya bolke chutti maar legi.. that's not fair.. as a mother ghar pe agar bahu astronaut hai toh family will be very happy and proud but bolenge ki bahu chaar roti, dal, chawal, sabzi banakar jana.." Kare toh kya kare.. agar kuch ignore kare ghar pe toh bolegi ki yeh aisa kaisa ofc hai ki bache ke liye ek din chutti bhi na le.. har ek sacrifice sirf ladies ko hi uthana padta hai..

    I worked in company for 4 years and used to get 2 percent hike maximum. During pandemic didn't get hike. But my idiot manager wants to conduct secret Santa by taking five thousand rupees from everyone.
