Warren, recently, you were on the fence about carrying on with your RUclips channel. I want to thank you personally for sticking with it. I look forward to every video because you never disappoint. Thank you.
Glad to see a video, but happy you took that time off for your daughter, i was only 23 when my dad died from a ruptured aorta, and i sure miss him. He influenced me a lot, and was a good dad. I know you have to get the bill's paid, but you can't replace family. I have been waiting to see how this tractor turned out, so thanks for filming it, i really appreciate all the work you put in, and these video's add more hour's. G-d bless you, the family, and all the fury critters.
Thanks for another great video Warren. I always look forward to your videos. Glad you got to take some time off and be with your family. It would worry me working on a part that cost that much I’d be afraid I would screw it up. Stay safe
Pleased to hear you had a short break, with how hard you work, boy do you deserve a rest now and again. This valve body looks like it should be inside the transmission and not part of the external casing, especially on a tractor. The knowledge, experience and wisdom you have accumulated shows in every video you put out and is priceless Warren, thank you.
All I can say is I am glad I grew up when I did! Kids were raised properly! You worked for a paycheck, got punished doing bad and rewarded for hard work!
Another Great Video, Warren. Tightening up your plug advice is some great advice. I give my apprentices the same advice in the HVACR field. Glad to hear you and your wife was able to get away for a few days and spend some time with your daughter. I really appreciate your Videos, Thanks Warren.
That feeling you get when you spot something in an in-depth repair that has fought you all the way, you finally get it back together and it runs the sweetest it's ever run is a feeling not that many people get the pleasure of, nailed it once again Warren 👍
As my uncle who was a tractor mechanic 40+ years ago said. If it's in a fire that cooks the oil out, those pars are junk. Keep up the good fight. You have the knowledge.
Sure am glad that you're using that soft face piston Hammer!! Yahoo's. You sound so much better after a few days off!! All the best from Surrey BC Canada
I'm glad you enjoyed your time off. You deserve it from time to time. The only way to fix the burnt up one is to melt it down and add two beer cans and recast and machine it.
What a problem tractor you have had there warren . But thanks to your skill and knowledge you have got it Back up and working. Brilliant job warren .👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great video Warren really enjoy your videos and your commentary. Glad you were able to fix this tractor valvebody sticking trouble. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Warren.
Those accumulator valve bodies are junk in the E4OD/4R100 transmissions. The valves will appear free on the bench but will immediately stick with hydraulic pressure side loading the valve. The design is prone to excessive bore wear due to the pressure caused by side loading from hydraulic pressure. I have the sonnax tool kit for the E4OD/4R100 transmissions so I automatically bore the the accumulator valve body and install better sonnax valves. I have only seen 1 transmission case that had slight case warping in the valve body area. I mainly build high performance and drag racing transmissions and on the super high performance ones I set the case up in my Bridgeport and I fly cut the bottom of the case to ensure flatness same with the valve body and pump. The ford transmission pumps have very poor tolerances so I automatically resurface all ford pumps. I have a very small precision bench top lathe and sometimes I make my own replacement valves both standard and slightly oversized. I also make my own solid brass or bronze bushings to replace bushings that are know to have excessive wear.
When you're laying under the machine and you need to get something apart and out of the way, one of the tools that's under there with you is the right tool for the job.
It was 105f in south Carolina a few years back. State record. I was driving in a car with no AC. The radio was playing Christmas carols. The announcer said they did that on purpose to help us with the heat. I though I was living in another dimension.
Hi Warren 😃 good to hear you and your family had a break, sometimes ya just got to get away from all this crazy ness, lol. Patience paid off on the tractor, due diligence and all that, that valve body must have been pretty distorted the way the shuttles were sticking. Thanks for another interesting video mate, stay safe, best wishe's to you and your's, and the doggies. Stuart Uk.
I don't know if you read this comments but thanks you as always for the video Warren 👍, glad you've spent sometime with your daughter to go to a show I didn't know you had sheep ?, please tell your daughter she's got a awesome dad please , the place I work has 60 pet sheep owners wife hobby, guess who shear's them !?!?. Take care 👍
Well I can say you are correct on the drain plug thing I did a service when I first started this in a professional field and I put the plug up and I was going to push the pan out of the way and then tighten it I pushed it out of the way and hooked the lines up to pump the oil out of it sire enough I didn't tighten it driver seen low oil pressure light and immediately pulled over I'd say that's the only reason I still have a job so every since then they get tightened
Honestly you'll see dog is there nothing you can't fix I mean seriously? I don't think I've ever seen you tackle anything you can't fix so either you're hiding it or there ain't nothing that you can't fix! Good video brother.
Hi , in the back ground old looks like 90s white ford very cool looking old truck. If you had a fancy printer you think u could make that valve body u bought. 😊
I have run fiberglass screen wire in front of the radiator in every vehicle I've owned since the late '60s. My vehicles never have any radiator plugging issues and bugs seem to self clean just by falling off after a while vs being caught in the radiator fins.
My son has one of the F150 eco boost too with the small v6 and he pulls his open trailer and race car with it and it gets 14mpg pulling at 70 mph. That's exactly the same mileage I get with my 1 ton and 7.3 pulling my open trailer and race car.
13.30 ish. Ok here goes. Heard your opinion, heres A reply. Make America great again, by going down to your local burger place today, speak to the burger flipper, give em a job, as your apprentice. Give em the skills to make the money. You have the work and need the help. Your a very clever hard working guy .
Was that Anderson Tractor in Bluffton OH? Good people to work with, that's where I got my 6200 powerquad internal oil pump shaft, jd didn't have any, didn't know when they would, sad
WOW on the price of that valve body. I will keep my 1967 IHC 424 gas tractor. It starts great in the winter and no injection pump etc. diesel stuff to deal with.
Grate video, could it be that it being a burned vavle body it was warped when they took it off so the hooned the valves to make them work on the bench, but then whey you bolt it up to the transmission it squizes back to straight and the valve gets stuck?
I agree with you Warren.Everybody wants something for nothing. It’s a total shame. This is not the America I grew up in.Our government made these people this way with all the handouts.
You are so very correct Warren. The demoncrats screaming for higher wages for entry level jobs don't seem to understand. Living on a fixed income, as i am, i can't afford to drive to McDonald's let alone buy something once there. Thanks for sharing, Best Wishes.

A lesser man would have given up , but not you Warren , If it is humanly possible to fix it , you will do it . Way to go man I love your channel .
Thanks for another great video Warren. I always look forward to your videos. Glad you got to take some time off and be with your family. It would worry me working on a part that cost that much I’d be afraid I would screw it up. Stay safe
With his hourly rate and amount of hours he puts in, that 2500 is chump change if he messes it up.
Thanks for great content and even more for speaking the truth in these dire times.
Pleased to hear you had a short break, with how hard you work, boy do you deserve a rest now and again. Make me miss being an AG mechanic every time I watch ya. Switched over to heavy truck right now but miss the variety
More money, more boredom?

10/4 on the psyop, appreciate your mechanical skills and common sense.
Warren hit the nail on the head about social credit scores and Q anon and the whole bit, he is 100% right.
It's because of people like you that I have food to eat, though I'm not sure for how much longer I can afford it.
That feeling you get when you spot something in an in-depth repair that has fought you all the way, you finally get it back together and it runs the sweetest it's ever run is a feeling not that many people get the pleasure of, nailed it once again Warren 👍
Preach the truth, brother Amen. I am afraid it's too late for us to turn it around the easy way. The lesson will have to be learned the hard way.
Don’t ever let it beat you!!! Thanks Warren!!!
Very interesting to hear your views on the future of the US and I do agree. Glad you had time to get away and have a break.
Your family is everything. You and your wife being with them are special times. Thank you for your videos.
As my uncle who was a tractor mechanic 40+ years ago said. If it's in a fire that cooks the oil out, those pars are junk. Keep up the good fight. You have the knowledge.
Thanks for the video Warren great job on the transmission. Take care of yourself and family and be Blessed 👍♥️♥️

That was a job n half. Glad you cracked it.

Man, you drove right past me! I would have went to the show just to have a chance to shake your hand!
Sorry about that.
Awesome video Warren thank you for your time and consideration
Victory at last! Nice job. Thanks for the video.
Great job Warren a good puzzle solved
He has some of the best multi-function tools. At 9:30 he was using a Cresenthammer. 😊
Every tool has a hammer end
When you're laying under the machine and you need to get something apart and out of the way, one of the tools that's under there with you is the right tool for the job.
I got me a few real crescenthammers from rastall tool , from a Canadian mining supply saw them on ave, I got the spud variety very skookum

The copper washer bolts used to break, best put new in . They screw into centre manifold.
Comment for the algorithm to help the channel 👍.
Nice to hear you getting to share some quality time with your family. How is your daughter doing in vet school? Hope your ribs get better.

Hey Warren when you are good you are good
Good job!
Were you talking with Anderson Tractor Supply in Ohio? Good people. Just a couple miles from me.
Grate video, could it be that it being a burned vavle body it was warped when they took it off so the hooned the valves to make them work on the bench, but then whey you bolt it up to the transmission it squizes back to straight and the valve gets stuck?

Good job warren you did not give up on it i like you thinking remember cash is king😂😂😂
Not when it's toilet paper.
If JD could get $10,000 for a valve body they probably would
