      mineral defficiencies can take years to manifest and likely will produce less than 'visual' effects. I was a vegan for years, but ended up with high blood pressure from poor mineral (magnesium) intake. I also ended up with horrible joint pains, but sufferred through via advil and was a top flight athlete. Now Im back to organ meats and a balanced diet with no raw spinach - ever - an lots of things like raw milk, high butter, eggs, etc. I feel amazing

More so being controlled by your higher brain. Healthy fats with protein gives you the ability to say um no thanks I’m extremely full. Have you ever tried eating a meal of about 1000 calories worth of ripe sweet mango? It’s satiating. And digests quickly. Leaves me content and with energy for hours. So many people have just never eaten the quantity of carbohydrate that’s actually going to be satiating. They eat a couple pieces of fruit and think because it makes them more hungry that must mean it’s an addiction… no that’s just your body telling you to eat till full and satiated. And lots more people are like well that much fruit would make me bloated or have diarrhea when they don’t know how to choose ripe fruit (which digests better) and they also don’t eat it on an empty stomach like at breakfast after fasting all night. OR, another big problem, people don’t hydrate enough before the meal. Super important I drink a liter of filtered water before every meal and give it like 30 mins to settle before eating and then my meals digest so much better.

    • @korban007
      @korban007 3 месяца назад

      @@tropicaoptica that’s true about drinking water before hand as can’t tell hunger vs wanting water. Also true like trying to eat potatoes chips vs whole potatoes. You would hit full with only a few potatoes. I’d rather fill with protein as could speed up muscle loss if go deficient day to day. I follow say the eskimos as they had high protein with high fat. Veggies and fruits not often available as in cold environments. I’ll consume fruits within a season of say summer. Berries keep around the year though as they have lowest sugar vs fiber. Our body is ancient in its ways, the world has changed since the 70s in more processed foods. So while fruit is a good step it should be limited. As we got limited amounts before mass trucking, shipping and global markets made it year around.

    The exercise focus is good but she is not wise about preserving joints, using low intensity days etc. to give the body and mind a break, to give a sense of meaning in family or at least plants, nature etc. if a person has no family (this is mostly due to singlehood which is the modern day epidemic). Pretty sure a small part of her exercise life is embellished.
    Also she does not seem like she can feel feminine, feminine sense of grateful joy upon seeing flowers, birds etc. Too much masculinization due to childhood tragedy and no elder raising her as per her gender. Men can be masculine and also feel this kind of joy but women can NOT be this level of masculinized while also retaining feminine grateful joy. The femininity sadly gets decimated.
    Her back and shoulders quite literally look unfeminine. Exercise life does not have to end up as unfeminine look for a woman. Her exercise program or some pharmaceuticals are to blame.
    No excuse to be a fat woman or metabolically unhealthy but there absolutely can be a lean feminine body with diet and exercise life without losing feminine mindset or feminine figure.

    The only way this is possible is through modern nutritional science and modern transportation which gives you access to fruits and vegetables year-round. It just shows how unnatural a vegan diet is.

    so now you're promoting vegan? as long as I remember you've been promoting keto. I don't think you know what the hell you're doing. listening to you is probably damaging to most people. I for one will listen to people who know what theyre doing from now on
