  • 这款酥脆年饼是Susan的自家配方,外面买不到的,要自己做才有得吃。重点是这年饼不只是很好吃,做法更是超简单超容易!大家快来看视频跟Susan学做呗,学到了就可以做些来应节。
    分量: 110 - 120粒 (2 托盘)
    准备时间:45分钟
    煮时:40分钟
    材料:
    75克 中筋面粉
    75克 自发面粉
    115克 无盐牛油 (软化)
    85克 细砂糖
    1粒 蛋黄
    25克 蔓越莓 (剪小片)
    115克 玉米片 (捏碎)
    做法:
    1. 把牛油和细砂糖加入个盆里,用打蛋器拌打至泛白
    2. 加入蛋黄, 拌打均匀
    3. 把中筋面粉和自发面粉分次过筛入盆, 拌匀至无干粉
    4. 加入玉米片,拌匀
    5. 加入蔓越莓, 拌匀
    6. 再揉匀至成团
    7. 以160°C预热烤箱10分钟
    8. 取出1茶匙分量的面团, 把面团压紧成个3角塔形
    9. 重复以上步骤至面团用完
    10. 饼干进烤箱, 以160°C烤15分钟或上色
    11. 饼干出炉待凉,收入密封的罐仔里

    Portion: 110-120 pcs (2 trays)
    Prep Time: 45 minutes
    Cook Time: 40 minutes
    Ingredients:
    75 g all-purpose flour
    75 g self-raising flour
    115 g unsalted butter (soften)
    85 g caster sugar
    1 pc egg yolk
    25 g cranberries (cut into small pieces)
    115 g cornflakes (crushed lightly)
    Steps:
    1. Beat butter & sugar until pale in color
    2. Add egg yolk, blend well
    3. Sift in all-purpose flour & self-raising flour, mix well
    4. Add cornflakes, mix well
    5. Add cranberries, mix well
    6. Knead to form a smooth dough
    7. Pre-heat oven at 160°C for 10 minutes
    8. Scoop 1 tsp dough, press & shape it into a triangle pagoda shape
    9. Repeat the steps until the dough is fully used
    10. Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown
    11. Retrieve the cookies from oven & leave it to cold, store into a container to keep

    请教老师:(l)若用150克中筋面粉不加自发面粉加多少发粉?(2)成品会有不同吗? 等待你的回复! 很想做😊谢谢你!

      加半茶匙发粉就够了,口感可能会没用自发面粉做的酥脆。因为150克中筋面粉比较难调,加1茶匙发粉的话会有苦涩味
