  • Here is my weekly workout schedule at 6 months postpartum! It’s still tough to find the time to workout. I am an independent contractor (I make my own schedule) and I am home with our baby most of the time, but I still struggle to fit everything in with a 6 month old baby. Also, I am STILL slowly easing into working out, especially when it comes to my core. I’m still trying to heal my diastasis recti! It’s taking forever, ugh. Watch the video to see how structure my workouts throughout the week :)
    So grateful for my health and to be able to do some form of movement!
