When u avoided urukai …u can avoid butter bread and all stuffs …..all these r not the foods to be taken….go for our Indian traditional foods…Madurai is the taste of Tamilnadu….lots of traditional foods have originated form ur place….so go for it…..physiotherapist Coimbatore

U can get butter slicer container ….looks too much work for butter …u can just cut nd keep in freezer ….
