I know this is an older video, but you mention Lake Boulder hot spots. There’s a spot called Lily Bay at the north end of the lake. I’ve caught 30+ lb pike there numerous times. Just park your boat in the middle of the lily pad covered area where there’s a clearing. Tons of big fish.
I have good luck with the spoon your using there. Try casting a 3.5 pro shad with a twitch retrieve in the same spot , after you stop getting bit on the big spoon. Works well for me in predator tournaments
Lol what line have you got on i have had 2 pike on that sound like how you described yours but the line broke i have caught them all 2 or 3 times if not more but that one keeps hiding from me or its the one i lost twice
Ofc , There are some things that could be better , but overall i've enjoyed it so far ... Some of the fish models could be better , for example Largemouth bass and Smallbouth bass ... There's almost nothing exept the colour that's different .... And also the northern pike model is a bit off ... Small pike model , for example 3-4 kg fish looks like 1-1.5 kg fish ...

since they updated the game a while ago to catch a pike on Manor or gigantica is difficult compared to how it use to be really easy. Deadbaits work and all the other usual lures to catch pike but bites are few and far between
I like the DLC jenkolistic swimbait or 8 inch spoons cast a pencil bait and watch to see if any boss pike appear then use 1 of those 2 and use reel speed 1 it works great got all union pike in 1 hour and a few perch and Zander also got boss cats on them as well biggest cat caught in dlc lake with megalodon was 114 pounds never had any on regular baits there

Excellent well done :-) if you walk around the lake there is loads of reeds and some where there is no peg but you can cast , basically cast along side the reeds and you will get some great pike there is some great areas to explore where you will find the pike

I wouldn't mind it that much if we could simply dump it into the trash can, where it belongs. Btw, I've just seen your video on that Jade Pike. The graphics look so good man, I do really want to play this. But not at this state.
If I were you I would wait for maybe a sale as I can see how unsure you are about game. Greenman gaming did have it for sale at a cheaper price than steam , am only saying this as I think maybe you will be disappointed especially if like me you play fishing planet which is at 60fps you can see the difference when you play fsw which is locked currently at 30fps fishing planet is a better game it feels and plays better , maybe also wait to see if a update comes to fsw am only saying this as I don't wish to persuade you into buying the game I think from what you say you maybe wont enjoy it in its current state , maybe add it to you watch list . In the mean time I will continue to post video of gameplay and future updates. The HUD design I don't know if they are going to change it , I did read that they where looking into giving the player the option to turn it off , but I guess we will just have to wait and see.
I have had 2 pike out of Gigantica I was told they are in there and they are as I have had a couple , but there isn't many in that's why they are difficult to catch. Might be a monster pike in there ?

Agree , i noticed since catcing the northern pike that some of them look really flat in the water , some waters it looks worse then others

don't ask me how but with the swimbait roach 5 inch on the 30lb from 0 pike to easily 6 so far 23 lb pb but to the right of where you start
