It's quit new here in the netherlands you don't see them verry often mayby it's becouse police see all the big spoilers etc as a danger to cyclist and people that walk around becouse if you hit them they could get injured by those parts and tickets they give you are not cheap and they can give you a wok status witch means you can't drive the car anymore only on a trailer to the rdw and than it needs to be how it came from the facktory. But those poor people where injured anyway if you hit them with a car and officer did you nitice that that disco light on your roof can injure people to if you hit them. They don't like it if you say that.
