    From Thailand, I'm very proud of you making Gaeng Kheow Wan (Green Curry) ! 🤣🙏🏻 Also... I recommend you to stir fry the curry paste with ur ingredients for a while before adding some coconut milk! , It would smell better💓👌🏻

    I know it’s old video but I happen to have caught 19 inch jack smelts off the pier using live anchovy setup.

    Funny video! I used to catch smelt while fishing from piers as a kid but never one that big. And, yes, we always threw them back! Yours looked delicious though! :)

    I have 8 jacksmelt in a brine right now waiting for the smoker to be free.

    For the fish to taste better , the blue strip on the side of the jacksmelt is a bloodline that makes it taste fishy

      Yes, but surprisingly, fishiness wasn’t an issue when I cooked it up. It tasted really clean and mild.
