    I have the honeysuckle scent boosters and I hate it. It smells so strong and unpleasant. BUT. The honeysuckle is my FAVORITE mrs Meyers scent in the all purpose spray, hand soap, and dish soap. I beg you to try it out. It’s AMAZING. they also have a room spray that I like, but the other three are just so good.

    I've watched a few Grove haul videos and I've noticed a lot of shipping mistakes on Grove's part. A little concerning since I just joined, but everyone says the Customer Service is awesome, so I'm not too worried.

    Girl don’t worry! I have had the same experience with my last order. The dish soap was the one that opened up & spilled over the other items & Grove was so kind in reshipping the entire order, even if it was just the dish soap that was damaged. Contact them & they will take care of you.

      That’s so nice of them... they added a free laundry detergent to my next order but I have to wait to make my next purchase in order to get it which is kind of a bummer... 😞

    They maybe repackaged your box due to the spill. Thats why nothing was wet and the box was plain.

    I have been a member of grove for a couple of years now. Everything is always packaged extremely well, with blue tape and sometimes with a plastic bag on top. I LOVE the caldrea cleaners. All of them smell awesome. I suggest you give them a try. They are a little pricey but totally worth it. I hope your future orders come out right. 😀

    I've never received a Grove order where liquid products weren't taped and wrapped thoroughly. When you pulled out the Mrs. Meyers just like you pulled it off a shelf at the store, I was shocked. Something is way wrong with how that order was packed; I hope they resent the whole order to you. I agree about Mrs. Meyers' fragrances - most are misses, but I love the snowdrop fragrance from Christmas.

      I’ve made 10+ orders from Grove and none of mine have ever come with tape.

    Awww, that stinks that your package leaked. Bummer. I've been a member of Grove for 2 years. I order toilet paper and paper towels from them. My sweety loves their beard products and Mrs. Meyers products are some of my faves. I love the mint fragrances the best. That honeysuckle is definitely a no for me too.

    If you use Think Dirty app, you'll be surprised how many "clean" brands actually still have pretty bad ingredients in them...definitely recommend checking it out if it's something you actually care about!

    I have ordered from Grove for a few years now & 2 out of the last 3 orders have had issues with missing items. I have spoke to customer service & the refunded the items, but it is getting frustrating. They have something going on.

    Hello there! New subscriberrrrrrrr I also just started ordering from Grove in the beginning of May and have YET to receive a box of goodies that was correct and not damaged. My initial order my bubble up dish was shattered, my second order i was charged for kitchen towels i didn't receive. I feel the same way about their laundry soap dispenser too! My husband is supporting me wanting to switch our house to more clean products but he is already getting annoyed that they can't get orders right. I agree their customer service is spot on and they do fix the problem no questions asked, but it shouldn't have to come to that! Not to mention I always have to receive the replacement items with my next order in order to even get them which means i now have to place an additional order sooner, just to receive items i should've gotten in the first place!! I guess that's how they get more money??? But whatever...... I am still with my 60 day period and if it doesn't turn around I'm going to cancel. However on another note, yes pleaseeeeee do some product reviews so i can learn more about what products are good out there. :)

    I think a product reviews video would be great! Also I joined grove back in November and for the first few months it was great! With the pandemic it has just been one disappointment after another. I was charged for products I never got and they added them into my cart for free to be shipped with my next order which is nice but... then the next order same thing happened so I have to place another order and spend more money to get the products owed to me? I complained to customer service and they refunded my money but left the items for free in my cart for when I am ready to place an order. I love Grove so I’m hoping things get better and it’s just the craziness of the pandemic causing them to struggle right now. I can say after the first couple orders, they stopped taping my products and I’ve had leaks.. not enough to make a complaint like what you just experienced though.
