You're correct it's not. The person who choreographed the hands was a gifted ASL student and used those skills to make the song/hands come to life with the students they worked with. Your inference from the title that this was somehow an ASL "signed" song is understandable. Not sure I'd agree with the HUGE OFFENSE.

It was organized (choreographed) by a gift ASL student -- to make the hands come to life. That's the connection.
