I watched your tutorial on the princess cut and you said to measure 4 inches down from the shoulders to get the front bodice cut. Here you used 3 and half inches. Which is more correct? Also about how many inches away from the shoulder do you slant to from the upper bust while taking the princess cut. Is it the same inches we use for the bust curve? You always do it free hand in your tutorials. Thanks.
Words cannot tell how happy you have made me through your tutorial,, I have been struggling with princess bustier but today I just make a very beautiful bustier dress ,,,Jehovah God will continue to bless 🙏 you for teaching us whole heartedly
Thanks so much, you are a good tutor,my question is about the final shaping,i don't really understand that part, you take your final shaping from the back can you explain a little.thanks.
if you take the final measurement from the back, how do you fix the zip,do you fix from your zip allowance or do you take all the extra that came out for the zip.
Hello, tnx for this tutorial... Pls how many inches dis use for the skirt opening from the knee to d hem.....and also how many inches dis u use from the waist to knee....?
nice tutorial bros, but please am a little confuse about the kneel part. you said you minus six inches from the hip line. i.e if my hip is 4o inches , will i now mark 36 inches on the kneel part?
I have just been goinh through your video all day. I'm a beginner and it is very insightful. I want to ask, after padding the lining with warden, do you still go ahead to pad the material also? Because that part makes me so confused
Cisse's,thank you for this tutorial it has been difficult for me to get the sleeve right but after gone through your channel I think I should give it a try.....once again thanks
Thanks very much for all your tutorials, am really upgrading. My question is, after joining the upper part, did you slant the shoulder with 1.5 inches before shaping out your armhole with 7.5 inches?
Av always find ur tutorial very easy. I sincerely appreciate u. Thanks so much. Will pls appreciate if u will take us on jumpsuit with joining at the waist.God bless u
Gud day sir.my question is did you taken vertical measurements from waist to knee line which is supposed 18 or 19 as the case may be??.I wat to knw wat was your measure for dat .then question 2:you said to get the knee line on horizontal that you minus 6 inche from your hip line.for example my hip line is 9 .and if minus will be 3 then plus two inch allowance is that correct.so where did you get 6 from thst you used to minus it from hip line .thnk
If your total hip is 40 u have to minus 6 so it will be 34..... then u divide this 34 into 4 equal parts for both the front and back....... so since u have already divided your hipline by 4 and u got 9, u also have to divide the 6 niches by 4, so that u get 1.5.... that means u will minus 1.5 inces from your knee line.... hope u understand
Please my question is this For the knee line, u minus 6 inches from the hip measurements and divide by 4,but on another video of urs for a pencil skirt u only minus 1inch from d hip lone and placed on the knee line, what is d difference, why didn't u minus 6 for the pencil skirt as well, or there re specific styles u can do that only
This guy is a bomb. keep up the good work. where have you been all this while that I've been struggling to learn tailoring! I love your tutorials, simple and easy to understand. wao! Thank You
Cisses, can someone talk with you on phone? Pls ur contact. Since nipple to nipple measurement is the bust distance, what if they didn't send you nipple to nipple measurement, but only round bust of 38, what will u do? , Then can u use 38/4 =9.5=9 1/2, then bust distance will be 9.5/2= 4 .1/2 to get the bust distance?
The way you are teaching is very very difficult, because you are not mation your own Measurements or shown how to get the measure because many people want to learn from you guys you must to make everything in point clearly.
