Wasnt the victim deleted though? How could he still be able to survive? And how would he teach other sticks to use tools like that, considering he uses none of the photoshop tools correctly in his original debut
Names for consideration: Smith (the one with glasses), Hunter (the one DJ called poop), Cop (the bathroom sign), and Pixels (the one with pixels). Also, I feel like the pause power only works at extreme close range, which would explain why Smith only used it there at the end.
i love that the mercenaries are different designs, ones a pixel, another is a sketchy type, third is literally a stock image and the fourth is like sticknodes edit: i think the 'villain' is the original animation vs animator and hes back for being replaced or smth
the tall brown one looks to be inspired by cave paintings? the big blocky one is the warning sign guy and the pixel one is video games but idk who the last one
If anyone is wondering, way back in the days, there used to be an old medieval stick war game where you had to defend your tower/carriage against an oncoming slaughter of other stick figures. It looked very similar to the literal "stick war", you know, the flash game, but it used the strange exaggerated pencil style for their stick figures. The same one that "poop" is supposed to be. Even if Alan says he isn't a reference, I don't believe it. He even turns buff with flames portruding from his back! I remember those giants being a pain to deal with... I can't even find any video's, nor information on this game anymore. But for those that didn't understand his design, there you go. At least, that's my theory.
Is there a channel where you have in-depth convos about how the major episodes are made? This channel only really has surface level reactions and I would like to know in more detail how you and your team create such high quality productions for youtube.
13:38 the reason why he doesn't use pause is because pause has a limited range, and is not as fast as glitched bullets. So SC and CO could dodge them without much efforts
giving the mercenaries names myself: the 8-bit guy is Flipnote, the cave drawing guy is Cave, the clipart guy is Benson because i couldn't come up with anything else, and the glasses guy is just The Mercenary he doesn't say his name at all absolutely loved this animation, can't wait for episode 2!!
the boss at the end of the video they reacted to is "Victim" from the first EVER Animator Vs. Animation... the precursor to "The Chosen One" and "The Second Coming"... he must have survived his deletion and was transported to this world... gave himself a new name... and a new title as owner of this sort of policing department
Got to love how this animation is getting way more cool animation and Stickman Lore. All the one that chase after The Chosen One are stickman like made out of what human being draw trough time. There one is made look like out of flash pixel videogame, one made out of sign that you see everyday, the one with glasses move like someone made it with Pivot and there also one made like a caveman drawing, somehow inside the internet. Just to show, how human have been make stick people has many shape and design live inside their computer. I think their boss might be Victim from the very first Animation vs Animator, and that video is like a part of old RUclips with how so many people amaze of how one simple stick fight can make people want to make more stick drawing to put on the internet
I love all of the details. For example, the way the camera moves like when the damp yellow charater looks above. Its like the camera was shaking as if someone was recording. And the 4 figures hunting down the black stick figure (forgot their names since i hadn't watch in such a while) the way each of them are animated is so amazing. The pixel figure seems to be from those random stick figure games The brown sketched figure looks like one of those cavemen stick figure games The regular stick figure is literally a stick figure art computer And the animatic figure was so funny. As a artist i can imagine how long and paintence this cost. All of the special effects, backgrounds, small details, its all amazing. Good job alan you and the others are the reasons people look at stick figures daily
The amount of time and effort Alan puts into these animations about stick figures is crazy, from a fun little project to a whole mini movie. alan probably one of the best of the best out there.
while it may well be Victim and that'd be AMAZING i wouldn't assume that quite yet since victim was black, not the grey that we see in this episode also Victim and all the extra stickmen he drew in that episode were, as far as i know, all in-shot and accounted for the whole video, so unlike TCO and DL who were off-screen for some time, allowing them to escape unseen, we know they were all in the program when alan shut it down
@@knightdarkspake9225 We have never seen any other hollow headed stick figures, unless you count the AvA game (although I doubt that's canon to any degree). Plus, look at what's on the walls and shelves in their room. All stuff from flash; parts of the timeline, grab tool, lasso tool, etc. And in the teaser for this, the creation of The Victim from AvA 1 was spliced between footage from AvA 3, 5 and 6. The only question would be this; how is it possible that they survived?
@@dat_fast_boi i mean, we also only knew of the living stickfigures being ones on alan's pc until we met purple, then we learned that it was a world-wide thing and not just an alan thing. I love the design for each of the mercenaries and how it ties in with their abilities. Though I did start calling the leader Smith just because of the glasses, it feels more fitting because of that command console he has. (edit): Don't worry, I started calling the caveman figure Ash. Pixel is Pixel, and the blocky one is Block or Robot.
I love it when alan posts its like when ever i get a notification i check it if its alans channel or if a new video was posted thank you for making my childhood and inspiring me to draw and animate things 💖
My first thought for the grey boss was that maybe he's "Victim" from the very first Animator vs Animation. Or one of them at least, since there were several by the time Alan exited without saving - as opposed to actually directly deleting any of them.
I love all the inspiration behind and the just mercenaries in general. The cave drawing guy, the wet floor sign guy (my personal favorite), the pixel guy, and the Agent Smith one. (Which reminds me of CGP Grey. Im not saying it's the inspiration, just something I noticed)
After reading several theories, the rocket symbol is not an Organization, it is a Labertory Confinemet, it's just like a Labertory Confinement named KSI in Transformers Age of Extinction. How you may ask? Well as we can see, TCO is locked up in a tube rather than a heavily guarded, fire proof, and electric jail cell. While SC is locked up in a cage, meaning that they might use them as experimentation, and Victim might be thinking about taking away TCO's powers so that he will never hurt anyone ever again, without knowing that he has changed for the greater good. So that means they will do everything they can just so they will take away TCO's powers for good while it's up to red, green, blue, and yellow to bust them out. Will they succeed? Or will they end up being locked up with SC? Find out next time in AVA shorts season 2!
Is it just me, or the glasses guy is CGP Grey working as the main hunter? He just has inverted glasses and a whiter head XD Btw amazing animation and unique hunters abilities, the W.C. sign stickman is the best at movements! Just when you think this series can't get better, it does :D Congrats Alan, you make flash stickman immortal!
Theory- The boss is victim and he fled to the aptly named internet world similarly to how the chosen one did. Over time he gathered the most powerful items from Alan's computer and the most powerful stick figures of all time (16 bit stick fighter, caveman drawing/ primal, instructional sign and the boss, who I'm sure we will learn more about) to perhaps exact revenge on Alan by destroying his computer. Getting rid of the chosen on would be a logical first step in doing that.
I Love how these animations get more interesting and insane to watch and its crazy on how your already working on EP 2! I'm honestly loving it alan! Keep up the insane work! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

So it's cool to see Alan reference something so obscure, and yet known well enough by the animation community to have a plethora of animations inspired by it, at least back in the day. Still wish I could find that original upload, though. It's probably not even on RUclips...

Names for consideration: Smith (the one with glasses), Hunter (the one DJ called poop), Cop (the bathroom sign), and Pixels (the one with pixels).
Also, I feel like the pause power only works at extreme close range, which would explain why Smith only used it there at the end.

But that's just a theory.. An animation theory!

the boss at the end of the video they reacted to is "Victim" from the first EVER Animator Vs.
The pixel figure seems to be from those random stick figure games
The brown sketched figure looks like one of those cavemen stick figure games
The regular stick figure is literally a stick figure art computer
And the animatic figure was so funny.
As a artist i can imagine how long and paintence this cost. All of the special effects, backgrounds, small details, its all amazing. Good job alan you and the others are the reasons people look at stick figures daily

If it can be them, I will be very surprised-
while it may well be Victim and that'd be AMAZING i wouldn't assume that quite yet since victim was black, not the grey that we see in this episode
also Victim and all the extra stickmen he drew in that episode were, as far as i know, all in-shot and accounted for the whole video, so unlike TCO and DL who were off-screen for some time, allowing them to escape unseen, we know they were all in the program when alan shut it down

@@knightdarkspake9225 We have never seen any other hollow headed stick figures, unless you count the AvA game (although I doubt that's canon to any degree).

My first thought for the grey boss was that maybe he's "Victim" from the very first Animator vs Animation. Or one of them at least, since there were several by the time Alan exited without saving - as opposed to actually directly deleting any of them.
it's canonically victim
Aye, I saw people's comments about the other evidence after I posted this (wanted to make my post before I read anyone else's).
I think Victim's goal is to pull TCO's power and use it against Alan Becker.
Is it just me, or the glasses guy is CGP Grey working as the main hunter? He just has inverted glasses and a whiter head XD
Btw amazing animation and unique hunters abilities, the W.C. sign stickman is the best at movements!
