- I just went out into the woods for a new recording of rain and thunder sounds and made a little behind the scenes video. Just wanted to let you know about my production process on the field recording side. Hope you like it!

So nice to see your face after listening to.your voice for the past few years. Love your videos. I was stationed at the American Army hospital in Augsburg, Southern Bavaria, in the early 80's. I lived in Aystetten, on the edge of the forest. Deer and other wild life would wander through our back yard. I loved the sound of the rain and the church bells. Vielen dank fur guten schlaf 💖

Was thinking about doing real life footage, but it is really hard to get both a decent location + decent rain and thunder. And I really love to create relaxing visuals for the videos.

Eddie could you please make more videos with the image of a cave on the ocean, please. It has the prefect level of thunder sounds and rain for a light sleepers. Its 2 months old with 430K views. I play it on the TV and it has the perfect level of light. Please make more like that. Its the only video of yours that will keep me sleeping...the others wake me up in the middle of the night.

So it's kind of a gamble. You have to read the weather and guess what is going to happen, and hope that nature will cooperate with your plans. And also conceal your equipment well. Thank you for going to all this effort.
Oh yes Texas Beast. I even can't count anymore how often I went out to install my rigs without getting any decent sounds. But that's the game. Still I really enjoy to hike through the woods. So it's always a pleasure to be there. 🤗
