@@MR_ILLUSTRATED Binged all of your newer videos recently and noticed the change. I remember a channel a while back called “Because Science” with Kyle Hill until he branched off, this new turn heavily reminds me of that style. I think this is a great idea, and I’m glad I went through my subscriptions and noticed this channel again. The new take on humor in the videos is nice, just my style. Balances it out perfectly, and I love it.
For the logo I’d keep it SCP shaped as it’ll always be the root of the channel, but do whatever for the inside; you’re the artist after all!
Hell, if you ever need an extra voice I got you for some free labor. You look great by the way! Keep it up and you’ll be “DR. ILLUSTRATED” in no time!

The concept of hearing entities then it gets quieter when they are closer is cool and eerie. Level 1.5 is a fascinating level.

@@MR_ILLUSTRATED just like SCP the Backrooms takes many forms the 2 most famous ones being the wiki universe (the one I’m guessing your using as it’s the main one) and then the Kane pixels cannon there are a few other but you get the idea

I hope one day you make a short of Mike being on Scp-212 and see what kind of surgery he could get. Scp-2427-3 I would like to see how you would draw this considering I saw this one on Scp Confinement. Scp-ES-266 I heard what this one does but I want to see it in your short video it would have look cool in my opinion.

Great video as per usual! I’ll admit I was getting a little bored with the scp content, not that you had anything to with that fact. I was just slowly getting less and less interested in the foundation. But seeing your new vids has made a super fan of your channel again!! I love this stuff so much!

Original backrooms before all this "lore" was when it was at it's best
Yeah, it was a vague thing where the horror came from knowing shit to zero about it, now it seems like a ripoff of Scp but without any of the moderation, plus **almond water** and every level has some goofy as hell monster with some dumb set of rules
I sorta agree but I just think both regular backrooms and level backrooms should be categorized differently since there are /some/ good writers in level backrooms
I never payed any attenttion to this backroom stuff even tho it was almost everywhere at some point.
Yet you make everything sound interesting so I'll give it a try.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the video game stuff since I find your channel is best for helping visualize written content. It’s very enjoyable to be able to see something that was only written down drawn.
But backrooms is great because a lot of it is just written stuff with maybe a few still images
That’s just my perspective though. One of many audience members, obviously do what you want

Hmm... The soulsuckers? The KING? The bonestealers? The beast of level 5?... Idk, but I loved the idea of representing an entity as weird and misterious as the windows, so I would really love to see more content about the weirdest, most eldritch and misterious entities in the Backrooms...

@@MR_ILLUSTRATED Haha, I know a lot of things in the Backrooms are called "something-stealers", but nah, those are the soulsuckers, not soulstealers...
They seem to be like some kind of f*cked up robot-like automatons that wander around with different states of alarm depending if they find a person or not(and those levels of "Alarm" are communicated to all soulsuckers around automatically, so if they are in groups like a package and they hear/see you, you are f*cked), and it seems that if they catch you, they devoid you of any soul, personality, emotions and memories, so you just become a walking zombie that can barely even react to any extern stimulation and can barely engage on a conversation (rather than expressing confussion verbally in a very monotone way). It also seems like the victims can be slowly and slightly recovered from that souless state, but the memories won't be recovered ever again, it will be like forming a new different soul, the birth of a new different person with a different memory and personality... And also the recovery seems to not be complete so...
Yeah, if they catch you, not only you will end up not remembering where you are like a drunk man under sedatives(which would lead to a very easy and probable death by ANYTHING in the Backrooms), but also you are f*cked for the rest of your life since you will be like that forever or at least a veeery long part of your life. Sounds creepy enough to make a video about it and also the different stages of "Alarm" of the soulsuckers would be cool to be explained visually 👍
