Debby, thank you for your question!! Well, we were celebrating (as you may be able to see) a very special engagement. The server told me that before the flowers I had delivered were set on the table, she took one out so she could put it in her hair. Really? Then, I notified the Hostess that we were the table with the special flowers on the table and the Champagne to be served, before we were sat at the table, but nothing was in place. There was really a "freshman" level of service at this location and I do not think we will ever go back. Too many good restaurants with GREAT service on the island and in West Maui. Too bad you missed the food trucks at the Cannery. Aloha Eats is absolutely fantastic.
Yes! We were so disappointed. We had to go to the Cannery and get a sandwich from Jimmy John’s. We will be more patient next time.

@@debby7822 We actually loved the location, view and food. It was just the service was not at the level that the restaurant is at.
