Would love to know which colors you used For the eyes and the fur/ hair around the eye. It’s just magnificent and I appreciate your work in teaching us. I just adopted a lioness in South Africa and I’m attempting to paint her on a rock, to me the eyes are everything much gratitude
I'm pretty sure I have that same brush! Pretty common so no big deal, but still. I really prefer using soft "acrylic" brushes for oils as well. They definitely blend a lot easier, which is one of the main reasons people use oils in the first place! This helps quite a bit. Thank you! It looks stunning!!!❤❤❤
I just found this channel and I am in love. I absolutely LOOOOVE the ultra close-ups of the paintings while you work. That is super, SUPER helpful. I just like your overall style. Thank you! SUBSCRIBED!
Just found your channel recently and I'm absolutely loving it! You are an amazing artist. I'm a beginner and I'm learning soooo much. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Sad that so many wildlife animals are caged and in the reflection of the photo and in the painting people paint the bars from the cage that the animal is imprisoned in within the reflection of their eyes. Poetic sadness right there.
Very good video to follow along with. You certainly make it fun and not technical.
I like your no nonsense approach. I am currently working on a lion in acrylics.
That was excellent! Thank you for sharing your expertise with such a gracious manner.
Thank you for this very informative tutorial, just what I need for my lion eyes.

I like the grip on these types of brushes, they are nice to hold.
