  • We describe how to use a simple spreadsheet to calculate the position of the holes in an indexing plate, for any number of holes.

    Jan....we actually get to drill holes (thank goodness) in the next part, which goes up tomorrow.

      Thanks Jan. I didnt wsntvto do this, but unless you want to do a whole lot of successive divisioins, excel is the way to go.

      I thought it was a good example. Perfect way to learn a tool like this with an example. So much more easy when you have a practical applicatoin, ie. you see the usefulness of it immediately. PS! I also have some plates for the GT dividing head that came with the Quorn grinder I bought

    Christ! I read fine art and modern history at uni, and this does NOT come easy. The expression 'simple spreadsheet' is a relative term.
