@@Mr.CoachBeaulieu I realize that, but she made a point of saying how she is pointing it to the ground and trying to be safe and then points it at him.
You’ve been ridiculous, you well know that the point here is that she showed well how impossible it was his alibi. The gun is unloaded, she was extra careful in the beginning. @@BjBeam
They type a very short hand version which is translated later. I’m assuming computers translate it now since it’s available so quickly. Many years ago, my cousin was a court reporter and she would bring home rolls of typed paper tape with shorthand that someone was paid to translate to the full version.
So stupid - why use a real gun even if not loaded and deemed safe for this demonstration! - Use a freaking wooden gun same dimensions for re-enactment!!
@@asteel1236 yes, and yardstick is misleading if its claimed she touched the barrel (fingerprints, powder burns), her arms probably arent three feet long....what caliber bullet was used?
The gun is heavier than a yardstick, how could a girl or even a man for that matter, hold a riffle with one arm pull the trigger and still have to be 3 feet away from the head? Gimme a break
Is it possible for the rifle to fire without pulling the trigger? Could she have been touching the end of the barrel when the rifle fired? ( powder on her hands? burn?) Was the rifle dropped or struck? Who brought the loaded, cocked rifle into the area?
@@williamstidham2163 did the guy test positive for powder on his hands? I'm assuming bullet came from the rifle. Probably found at his residence? Bullet to back of head like execution.. curious he would use rifle.
@@williamstidham2163 what kind of rifle? Most are cocked when loaded, historically many fire when dropped or safety is taken off...or if barrel is pulled while someone is holding it...yes I know verdict is in.
The arrogance of domestic abusers...to attempt to blame their victims...disgusting.
He dug his own grave with this testimony. His arrogance is his undoing.
