Hey Krysta. Very beautiful and elegant design! An idea to use the other ribbons. You could just take long strands of them and wind them throughout the items, casually, on the runner-from one end to the other. And if you had more of the doilies, a few either under a few candlesticks or just placed alone on the runner as well. For a little more added romance. I love your style. Instead of using a knife to cut through floral foam or Styrofoam invest in a hot wire tool. I got mine at Hobby Lobby and it’s now one of my favorite tools.

I remember dusty rose and mauve from the 80s. Those colors have been much maligned in the decades since, so it was with much interest when I read they were coming back into style. You have done a brilliant job incorporating these colors into your Valentine's tablescape. The antique gold chargers especially bring an earthiness and elegance to the color scheme and ground this arrangement. Nicely done!

I love your content. Your crystal glasses are vintage by Anchor Hocking. The pattern is Wexford. I’ve seen them at antique stores for $12 each. I’ve found mine at thrift stores for so much less.

I'm with you on a dusty rose rather than a blatant pastel pink for this look, and I love the idea of putting the fairy lights under a gauzy runner. I gathered various crystal pieces and candles of all sizes and shapes along with florals for my centerpiece.

Thank you!! The wax does tend to drip but usually only the candlestick holders get wax on them. Now that you mention it I don’t think I’ve had to deal with trying to get wax out of a runner… yet anyway. Haha.

It looks beautiful. You said you could not use your sunroom much because it is cold. I have a sunroom that I heat by electric fireplace. Your room is to beautiful not to get to use all year round.
I agree!! I am always so sad we aren’t able to use it in the winter time. We actually have a split unit that run heat in there but it only has storm windows which just aren’t thick enough to retain any kind of warmth. I’d LOVE to upgrade the windows in there someday!
