i'm currently doing grade 12 accounting and we use amortization to calculate amortization rates of things like vehicles and equipment. does anyone know why this is? I live in Canada, does that matter?
Well in the United States its because of the securities Market. We use commercial paper alongside of tangible assets such as vehicles, real estate.Perhaps its the same in Canada.🤷
