This was such a nostalgic trip back in time. I played the ROSE Online beta sometime around 2004/5 and I was absolutely hooked on it. I played a Dealer, and I'd set up my shop overnight in the noob areas hoping somebody would sell me an iron feather cheap so I could make a set of wings to sell for a huge profit the next day :)
I played every MMO or Online game i could play back then. From 2005 with Flyff and since discovering mmos and online games i couldnt stop and just played everything that released. I got a crazy nostalgia right now and just started searching everything related to old mmos and old mmo websites. Including publishers and developers like Gpotato, Aeria Games, iJJi Games and so on. Man i wish i could go back to 2005 and relive this.
I played EverQuest for years. Afterwards I went into Final Fantasy XI for a short time. Then I played ROSE Online for a couple months. Then jumped into WoW for a little while. I probably haven’t played an MMORPG since 2007. But I do remember this game was kind of fun.
Nostalgia rush I still remember the early 2000's the boom of mmo's 😂 Played so many games Ragnarok Online, RF Online, Cabal, Perfect World, ROSE Online, Flyff, RAN Online etc. Played so much even though my potato agp card pc struggled a lot with these games
My first mmo was in 2004, Hero Online. I then went to Scions of Fate, continued onto Rose Online and Silkroad Online and finished on Cabal Online which i played flr years and years. These are all extreme nostalgia trips!😢😊
Played this wayy back in the day. I actually had fun playing this game for hours everyday. I've played so many mmos currently still playing GW2. This has been my go to for 11 years and its still good. Waiting for Throne and Liberty launch and hopefully that'll bring back some of the L2 vibes when it was popular. Always looking for a new MMo to try. might have to download ROSE and see if its still got active servers.
I remember running 2 clients and bringing a healer along so i can power level spending 100 bucks and driving most expensive car. To get the license to drive take me forever. Rose online was very fun. It sucks that i dont have my lvl 220 anymore
i used to play this, was my favorite mmo as a kid, then anarchy online, phantasy star online 2, that recently died out but diablo iv picked up where it left off
ROSE Online was fantastic back n the day, i miss my Muse!! I was so sad they deleted the original servers and toons :((( I remember everyone just throwing all their items away because they were shutting down the server i was rich for 1 day haha

yea the golden era of Korean MMORPGs was great, now all they do is mediocre mobile games.

That's awesome, sounds like very different path that I took with MMOs. I never played Anarchy online myself, and got into PSO2 way later.

They just released it as early access last December
