Hello and welcome to this harry potter would you rather! This is kind of a part 2, I did a few months ago.

While I love Lupin he was in a lot of pain (as a werewolf). It also doesn't say Tonks survives so he would have to deal with guilt of his wife dying.
To me Dudley feels like he has the ability to be a nice person as seen in the Deathly Hollows so I also choose this one too.
I think that it will be alright for umbridge not to go to Azkaban because Azkaban is a cruel place for anyone to go to. The Would you rather also doesn't state that she wouldn't go somewhere else. Maybe see gets put in a prison that revolves around giants, she seemed to really not like Hagrid's Brother.
Didn't she already go to azkaban in the end?

The hardest ones for me to decide on:
4. Sirius, Harry needs to have at least like, a few living actual relatives that like him
6. Ron in slytherin, I don't think Harry would dislike him a lot and I want to be best friends so he can say " I'm scared of SPIDERS"
10. "Your mom" or something to Dumbledore, he can shake it off while Snape can't, but I do want to say "What's up?!" to him.

15. As much as I would love Umbridge in Azkaban, Neville needs his parents back. She probably will be in Azkaban sooner or later anyways

1: Harry, I can master more spells. Draco isn't weak but he is a bully so I'd be best friends with Harry.
2: Owl- snakes are very powerful creatures but owls can carry messages and blind an opponent
3: Butterbeer. Never tried it before.
4: Lupin..Sirius was hunted from the start so saving him would just extend his pain of hiding
5:Study with Hermione. More knowledge of spells could be a faster way of defeating Voldemort
6: Slytherin and best friends with Ron. I just can't bear to be a Gryffindor and enemies with Ron bruh
7: Cedric, web search shows that he is a tad bit more powerful than Harry so I'd fight with Cedric
8: Harry- she is fit for Harry. Draco was never nice to her but Harry was- so Draco
9: Basilisk- if I managed to blind it of course.

1: Harry Potter as a friend; Draco reminds me of the bullies in school who were not all around bad but mimicked their parents behavior.
2: Snake as a pet; This one was tricky but for me snakes are interesting. If I can speak to snakes than I there would be no contest because you could totally use a snake to gather information and could train a snake as a carrier snake.
3: Treacle Tart; I am more of a fan of food than drinks so not butterbeer comes second here (though I wouldn't say no to try any of the treats from Harry Potter)
4: Sirius; While Lupin has a child I would choose Sirius. Firstly Nemphodora would not also be saved so he would deal with intense grief afterwards. Secondly Lupin deals with a lot of pain as he is a werewolf. Finally, Sirius is kind of Harry's last family and so I feel like having Sirius would be helpful for him to have someone to be there for him.
5: Study with Hermione; This one is no contest. She is smart and would teach a lot about magic. Quidditch on the other hand is a dangerous game and I am not particularly athletic.
6: Slytherin and Best friends with Ron; Being best friends with Ron means that there I am not a hurtful Slytherin and as we know not all Slytherin are bad (though I am not really like Griffindor or Slytherin as I am neither noble or ambitious. I love to learn and love to gather stories).
7: Fred; Though Cedric is a talented Wizard he is killed quickly by Voldemort and I feel like Fred would have some kind of thing to distract Volde while I kill him.
8: Harry; This one isn't even a thing. Hermione has plenty of chemistry with Harry (though considered brotherly) versus she outright dislikes Draco as is shown by her punching Draco.
9: Werewolf; Werewolf's are easier to run from, you can look at them when you are fighting them, and if you wait until they change you can either kill them if they are a bad werewolf (like Grey back) or establish a shifting schedule (in the case of Lupin)
10: "What's up" to Snape; He would feel weird with it but I feel like I could become a good student with him that it wouldn't be a problem.
11: Harry; While Harry did defeat Voldemort, he isn't an especially powerful wizard. He is describe being pretty basic with spells but does them well. It also doesn't say that he would kill me if I lose, he could simply disarm me and then that would be all.
12: Have detention with Umbridge; While she is cruel in her detentions I am pretty sure Volde would use the curciatous curse and him lacking empathy would be hard to find a pacifying behavior. Umbridge on the other hand has shown that she can be reasoned with to an extent as is evident with Draco and the others being unharmed. She has empathy even if it is skin deep.
