I make red sauce pasta in a little different way. I don't boil the tomatoes, I just directly make a purée of them and I only add tomato ketchup, shezwaan sauce, red chili sauce, salt, butter & chilli flakes.
Tried it. Came out perfectly well. Was never satisfied with my red pasta sauce earlier. Kudos to u.
