@kareninablue1 I wouldn't adjust the temperature, just the baking time. If you're tins are larger, add a few extra minutes to the baking time. You'll know they are done when you giggle the pan and the cheesecake is set. I'd start by adding an additional 2-33 minutes, then test for doneness. Add just 2-33 minutes will ensure that they don't over bake! -Cindy
Usalually i dont eat cheese cake i just dont find them very deliciouse. But im trying these and they r in the oven right now. I tasted the mixture and they seems to be excellent. Than you Cindy
@LindzeeKeem The main point of real Black-Bottom pie or cupcakes is that you have that rum flavoring, along with the chocolate. You could also substitute 1 t. of rum extract. -Cindy
@enchanteDREAMer01 Ultra-pasteurized is heavy cream that has been heated to above 280 degrees F. to extend its shelf life. It's more temperamental when it comes to whipping and many times you just can't can't get the volume needed out of it. -Cindy
@nanga666 I've gotten photos from people in Singapore, Spain, Australia, Italy, Indonesia, China and Norway who have used Oreos to make my cupcakes and crusts. For folks where they don't have Oreos, they can usually find a chocolate biscuit that works, too. -Cindy
Hi Cindy, great recipe. I want to ask: my molds are individual and they are a little bit bigger than regular ones, how can I adjus the temperature and the baking time? Thanks a lot!!!

@leemagz123 No, you can use vanilla if you'd like. Black-Bottom pie always has a rum filling, so that's why I use it here. -Cindy
