Don’t put butter in the tomato sauce pleasee😫. Even milk is not needed. Just use soffritto which is, onions, carrotts, celery. Cook them in the pan with some olive oil and white wine( you can also add a little bit of garlic) then add the tomato sauce. Add some a very little portion of sugar some olive oil again with salt and pepper. You can also add cherry tomatos cut in half. Let everything mix on low heat then mix with the pasta. That’s it. It healthier and taste better
