Don’t bake it for 10 mins like what she did after putting it together. I think it’s better to just have everything assembled then cut the pizza into squares and wrap them individually in tin foil or parchment paper and put it in the freezer. When your kids want this for breakfast pop one for each of em in the toaster oven and bam there is breakfast
Also maybe leave the whole sheet pan in the freezer for like 30 mins so everything is frozen together and you won’t have a lot of fall out of the ingredients when you want to cut them for each serving size (:

After the crust is ready, I'll layer the pizza sauce (sausage gravy), scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and top it all with different cheeses and bake it until the cheese has melted.
