Maybe I'll do a video about my experiences with copyright issues, etc. But, in a nutshell, reactions are covered by "fair use" so copyright holders can't do much about you using their songs or videos in a reaction video. In almost every case, when I've had a copyright hold made against any of my videos, when I've appealed them, the video has been made viewable. The big isssue with reaction videos is that you can't monetize the channel, because you're using other people's intellectual property as the focus of the channel. I hope that helps.
