The reason they have label "retirement home" it's because certain agency didn't let talent keep their IP. Not because VShojo is actually retirement home. After all GEEGA and Haruka exists. And also, people didn't graduate from VShojo. They left agency. Might be not many people know, but hollywood actor, musician, comedian can join agency, can join multiple agency, and can left agency all the time. VShojo is similar kind of agency just vtuber exclusive.
