@@stoopidapples1596 not really, he comes CLOSE to Dwight. You forgot Andy and we actually don’t know how much Stanley and Phyllis make but we know Stanley has a family to support. ITS A COMEDY SHOW
The prank defies logic, though. Filling the handset with nickels over time will result in the coins clinking around inside it. But it _is_ a really awesome visual for our imaginations, picturing Dwight slamming himself in the noggin.
In the first clip, Jim didn't expect Dwight to hit the ground so fast so when he darted off screen that was genuine, you can also hear him laughing afterward. And if you look REEEAALLY closely, you can see Stanley holding in a laugh as well

Let me get this straight. Jim deserved getting pummeled with snowballs to the point where he was bleeding then getting PTSD from snowmen, for throwing one snowball
The "dusting" is by far the most dangerous. There was a pebble inside that could have penetrated Dwight's eye and destroyed his brain, leaving him either dead or a living vegetable.
Michael was actually supposed to kill Merideth with his car in the last clip; Greg Daniels decided to change it because he felt murdering a long-standing character in season premiere episode was too dark for a sit com.
