Crochet coiled basket tutorial, easy basket making

This is 2 of my favorite basket making techniques combined into 1. Let’s make a crochet coiled basket. In this tutorial you will learn the basics to crocheting over cotton filler cord that is typically used in coiled basketry.
Materials needed
12 ft of filler cord
50 m of Bobbiny’s 3mm braided cord
6-7 mm crochet hook
Darning needle
Scissors
Stitch marker
* measurements are close approximations for a small basket, double the cord amounts for a large basket
