Its been a while since I did computer animation but if I remember correctly in unreal engine creating the latency of local lights are really hard. The easy work around is using global lights and setting a radial to be the direction of your light. The lights under the platform by the mill machine sign seem to just have a glow effect which affects in a sphere. 26:55 The lights in the work room are way off too. Seems like most things just have a glow to it and then they added spherical lighting. Hence why the work room looks so spotty and also no shadows. Thats a big give away. They must've done it to save memory space. The sun is also a global lighting. 23:17 you can see how the doors' shadows don't adjust. There are shadows there but that just means the render has a shadow in it. Btw I've seen some of your videos before but I most recently started Contractville and your videos are great to watch while I build. The game looks good but with too much ambition in space design. The city could be smaller like a village and more compact. The factory itself is massive and I think they should've made it half that size with an added option to expand with a warning that your pc will need to be able to handle it.
