Sunday Brunch Menu - Chicken Sukka with Bun Poratha

- Sunday brunch is everyone's favorite food. Without going to a restaurant you can try this chicken sukka and bun paratha at home. These recipes originated from Kerala and I tried them, and instantly fell in love with the flavor.
Ingredients:
ٖFor Dough:
All Purpose Flour 500gms (میدہ)
Sugar 1/2 tbs (چینی)
Table Salt 1/2 tbs (نمک)
Milk 1/4 cup (ملک)
Water 500gms (پانی)
Cooking Oil 2-3 tbs (کوکنگ ائل)
Chicken Marination :
Chicken 1 Kg (چکن)
Yogurt 2 tbs (دہی)
Salt 1 tsp (نمک)
Turmeric 1/2 tsp (ہلدی)
Chicken Chuka :
Cooking oil 3tbs (کوکنگ ائل)
Ginger paste 1 tbs (ادارک پیسٹ)
Garlic 1 tbs (لہسن پیسٹ)
Green Chilies 2-3 (سبز مرچ)
Red Chili Powder 1 tbs (سرخ مرچ)
Dried Coriander 1tbs (سوکھا دھنیا)
Garam Masala 1/2 tbs (گرم مصالحہ)
Tomato 3 medium (ٹماٹر)
Marinated Chicken (میرنیٹڈ چکن)
Fry Brown Onion 4-5 large (براؤن پیاز)

This is really very authentic recipe. Main India 🇮🇳 🇮🇳 se hu aur maine Kerala me ye dish khai hai aur batana chahungi ki aap ne jis tarah ise prepare kiya hai wo sach me real texture aur touch feel ho rha hai. This is something NEW for us Pakistanis 🤩 parota bun looks very yummy!
This is common food in south india particularly Kerala and Tamilnadu.we eat parotta with mutton sukka or chicken instead of beef. Lot of Hindus eat beef outside home in my state.

🙋🏼♀️From Kerala. Good efforts chef! Porotta and beef combination is famous here. I suppose Bun poratta is famous in Tamilnadu. Same thing If you flatten and cook it’s normal porottaa. 👍
