- complete stainless steel construction;
- operates without tearing meat fibers or changing shape of the meat, delivering a tender eye appealing, easy cookable and chewable product sliding on sealed bearings;
- comes with a removable bottom cutting board for easy cleaning and sanitation;
- clearance 130 mm;
- tenderizes a 80x210 mm area each cycle;
- bottom cutting board 300x450 mm;
- easy removal, installation and cleaning of the blade set;
- 32 removable and replaceable blade strips, no need to replace entire blade set.
