that is amazing! I didn't know mmd can do water stage effects. would you teach how to setup background like that as tutorials..? ;(

The water effect is from fluid2D mme of Beamman. I use this as guides when setting it up:

2. deviantart / a shitty fluid2D tutorial by AkemiWhy
