- Nearly 50% of the U.S. population doesn't get adequate magnesium from their diet. The adverse health effects of this are plenty. Here we discuss those related to bone health, blood pressure, and vitamin D metabolism.
In this video, expect to learn:
• Why, if you're not getting enough magnesium, the body compensates by extracting it from bones
• Whether or not supplementing with magnesium can help prevent osteoporosis
• How inadequate magnesium intake increases vitamin D deficiency risk
• The percentage of people who have inadequate magnesium intake
• The percentage of young adults ages 18 to 39 that have high blood pressure (and how this increases dementia risk)
• The magnesium supplementation dose proven to lower systolic and diastolic blood pressures

how do you know if you need magnesium or if you have enough?
I’ve found that the best most natural way is to use Celtic sea salt with distilled water. Drink slowly and on a regular basis. This way your body absorbs the magnesium and other minerals on a cellular level. It’s helped me a lot.
How has it helped you friend?
@@johnreidy2804
Well I learned it from Dr Barbara O’Neil. Pink Himalayan is good too but it doesn’t have as much magnesium in it as Celtic does. She says to put a pinch of Celtic salt in your water and drink it slowly instead of chugging it in order for the cells to absorb it. I feel all around better that’s one thing but the main thing that changed for me was that I was using the bathroom in the middle of the night 6-7 times and sometimes even more. Sometimes it was a little less too but I was obviously really having issues. I would drink coffee and if I had to run around ie Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco etc I was always running to the restroom at every store. If I’m driving a distance at all I always had to pull over on the side of the road… I even had jugs in my truck for that specific purpose. I went to the doctor and everything checked out thankfully so I was at a loss. I started putting a 1/4 tsp of Celtic sea salt into a gallon of distilled water but not for the urinating issue… I did it in order to absorb the minerals into my cells. She didn’t mention putting it into distilled water but it’s what I drink. So I actually looked up how to mineralize my distilled water and it said to put a 1/4 tsp of salt into a gallon. I went with the Celtic because of what I heard Barbara say in the past. I had no idea that it would solve my urinating issues. I now sleep through the night, I don’t have to pull over, I don’t need jugs in my truck, and I don’t have to run to the restrooms at stores anymore. I know that was a little long winded and I apologize but I hope that helps… take great care my friend.
Nope. Calcium, magnesium and sodium have all been stripped OUT of distilled water.
@@johnreidy2804
I messaged you earlier with a detailed response and you tube deleted it which is rubbish. I’m sure it was because I mentioned a specific doctor lady with the last name O’Neil and a detailed response to how it helped me. I would put a 1/4 tsp of Celtic sea salt in a one gallon jug of distilled water in order to mineralize it. I would drink it slowly and only drink that water. I use it for coffee and anything else. It’s helped me feel overall better and it’s helped me put weight back on that I couldn’t put on no matter how much I ate and I ate A LOT. The main issue that I was having was frequent urination. I would go 6-7 times in the middle of the night. I would carry jugs in my truck with me. I would pull over while driving. I would run to the restroom in stores such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco etc and it was really affecting my life. I went to the doctor numerous times and everything was fine… I was even put on antibiotics for “just in case.” Nothing worked and it was just a mystery. Doctor wanted to put me on prostate medication “just in case” and I said no. So I mineralized my distilled water for the purpose of getting magnesium in my body from a natural source and lo and behold I eventually slept through the night without getting up… I never expected that nor did I know it would help. So in short, my frequent urination has gone away. I hope this helps you… take great care my friend.
@@JakeRichardsong
I’m very well aware that distilled water has zero mineral content due to the way it is made through steam distillation. When you check distilled water with a ppm meter it should be zero ppm. Distilled water is the purest water you can drink in and of itself but it doesn’t have any minerals like you stated. For that reason, this is why I “mineralize” it with Celtic sea salt. Distilled water by itself is known to clean out your system by flushing out toxins but also while leaching out minerals as well. Again, this is why I mineralize it and aside from that my mineralized water has no other impurities in it besides Celtic salt.

Why does magnesium IN THE BONES contribute to the strength of the bones?
💯 👍 ❤
But also you have to incorporate vitamin K2 to help pulling magnesium from the blood an into the bones and preventing calcification of the arteries which helps to prevent calcification of the main arteries thus preventing strokes and heart attacks.D3 alone does not remove calcium from the blood alone but can cause serious calcification of the arteries on the long term.
D3 carries the calcium in the arteries. K2 will transport the calcium from blood to bones and teeth. Magnesium deficiencies lower D3 capabilities to carry the calcium in the first place.
