I always have thought it strange that fans have argued Robin had the best voice and should have been the lead?
I have always thought that Robin had a wonderful voice but I think it would have too much if he had been the lead singer. Even his mom used to say her son's voice made her feel cold.
Robin had a unique beautiful voice with that vibrato.
But Barry had the variety .....quiet and breathy, or high and falsetto, or deep and manly , etc capable of going soft or loud.
And then how could anyone not see the Saturday Night Fever "Stayin Alive" video with Barry strutting his stuff and not realize Barry had it all .... a good voice and the "looks" needed to make them famous? With that long flowing mane of hair, high energy , long gangly legs and tremendous talent,
it was obvious who should be crowned the sexiest !
