for the circle she's using a program called "Lazy Nezumi Pro" it help to draw smooth, beautiful lines, with your mouse or pen tablet and obviously a perfect Circle. but you can do a perfekt circle in PTS too (with both versions of PTS): First you create a Linework layer and select shortcuts keys for the "rotate-tool" then all you have to do is click (alternating) with your mouse and then the rotate shortcut key. :D
