- Hello and welcome back to my channel. This video will take you on a tour of the vacation home we rented through Vrbo for our 2021 Disney World Vacation.
Here is rental property information directly from Vrbo's website for this listing. This house was 1836 sq feet:
Palm Key Get-A-Way has 4 bedrooms-one main master king bedroom with ensuite of a deep soaking whirlpool tub and separate shower, a second master king bedroom with ensuite, a queen bedroom, and a 2 twin beds Disney themed bedroom. All bedrooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable to enjoy your individual show preferences.
The beautiful Disney theme continues to the living room which has colorful Disney Castle artwork, along with a comfortable couch and love seat, 55 inch cable TV with a separate DVD player. For those that enjoy reading, there is a reading nook located in its own special area of the living room.
With this open floor plan you can converse with family and guests in the kitchen area that are gathered around the table. The kitchen is the heart of the home with beautiful granite counter tops and new appliances to make your stay enjoyable. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, beautiful ceramic dishes, and melamine dishes to be used as you eat outside under the covered lanai to enjoy your meal.
Upgrades to the pool and hot tub make this an area to relax in after you return to your vacation home after a fun filled day. This area is screened in and has a child safety net for added security. There is also a game room with air hockey and a pool table.
For your added convenience there is a full size washer and dryer in the home, along with an iron and ironing board. Some other extras are a high chair and stroller.
This vacation home is located close to the main clubhouse which features a sundry shop, complimentary movie theater, community pool, children's splash pool, children's playground area, sand volleyball courts, basketball and tennis courts, fitness room, game room, and a bar and poolside grill.
Windsor Palms is located off Formosa Gardens Blvd., approximately 1 mile from US192, a short distance from Disney World, Sea World is 10 miles away, and Universal Studios is 14 miles away. Also, there are many local golf courses in the Orlando, Kissimmee, and Davenport areas. There are also beaches-New Smyrna beach and Cocoa beach. Plus, Kennedy Space Center is nearby which is Florida's Gateway to Space.
We certainly enjoyed our stay at Windsor Palms and look forward to another visit soon.

Absolutely love your accent (I tell you and your sister that all the time, but I do 😊)!! Thanks for the look at another option for lodging while vacationing at Disney 😊 The only thing that holds me back from a house like this one (it all looked fabulous), but the closeness of the pool to your neighbors. I would like more privacy if staying off site at a private home….other than that…I loved it 😍 Theresa xo

Yes the houses are close. Fortunately for us when we spent time in our pool no one was in the pools beside us. I guess we got lucky. 🤗
We always rent an appartement in Windsor Palms 😃 when we come to Florida/Disney. Hope to be there again in april/may 2022 🤞🏻. It has been to long 😉

I was just thinking I'd like to rent a house and stay a full week in Florida. My mom would come too and she is elderly and uses a wheelchair. It's great to see it's a one story house. She could have her own room and bathroom!

Are you going to talk more about your why yall rented a house rather than staying on property?
I know for us is cost! I currently have a disney trip planned for next April but we have been struggling to pay on it. Plus, I am wanting a more leisure vacation. Especially with my mom. She is turning 90 this yr and has had some health issues. I feel having a house for all if us and we can pick and choose our days to go to the parks. Plus my hubs and kids could go do stuff and I could stay in with my mom and enjoy the pool and house!

Hey thanks. The reason we went with a rental house instead of Disney property, which we have always done, is we needed the space with 2 grown boys. We could each have a bedroom and spread out without getting on each other’s nerves. Lol. You know teenagers. Lol.
Hey Mitzi! I have no idea how I missed this? This was a beautiful rental home. So, what do you prefer, stay on property or to rent a home? I've done both, but I haven't stay on property for a very long time. Our last trip we rented a home. I thought the kids would enjoy staying on property, but my son Alex wants to rent the same exact home we did in 2019!LOL! I just wanted to stay again at Disney, but I'd be okay I guess with renting. The homes are so beautiful!

Hey I think it was about 10-12 mins. Definitely no more than 15 mins.
