Here's my lesson video on an Afro Cuban concept I've been working on and having a lot of fun with fairly recently: 5/4 clave rhythm. I do break this rhythm down at a slow and brisk pace at the same time. In addition, I don't show too much because I didn't want to make this video lesson way too long. There already is a lot going on here! XD However, I may or will show in another video what else you can do beyond what this video unveils. Enjoy everyone and thanks for your support as always! :)

How does this video have such low view count. It is high quality and beautifully explanatory. Thanks for taking the time to show us.

Greetings! Thank you so much for your support and kind words! It really means a lot. I apologize for the extremely late reply to this comment due to not checking RUclips comments very often. If you would like, feel free to find my Instagram profile @sgenodrums0602. This video you commented on is quite old now, but feel free to explore more of the present there....and here even! Thanks again :)

This genius! I’m a sucker for syncopated polyrhythms like this! I hope it’s ok if I use it in my songs, it is a lesson after all :P

Greetings! Thank you very much! Yes. These can be quite fun when applied in a musical manner. And yes, of course you can! Just remember to give credit when credit is due ;)
