Despite his non-stop verbal attacks, the old woman continues to serve the customer with a smile and positive attitude. However, when the bullying extends to another customer who is a young pregnant woman, she knew she had to take a stance against the maniac.

Always treat people with respect. Irma was sweet and kind to customers, but Jeb got what was coming to him, the loss of an investor who knew Irma and saw his disgusting behavior. KARMA!
I love their videos, and Paradigm Studios NEVER cease to amaze or entertain me with their amazing storylines, but why, just WHY did they do a repeat of this video???? Hopefully, they'll show what happened to that disrespectful manager at the end 🤷♀️
Employee made honest mistake with the milkshake, did the customer have to be so rude and crazy?? Empathy is lacking, Irma is doing the best she can!!! Using his friendship with Todd was Jeb Jones Jr's mistake, he will have to be banned from this diner!!! The other customer had hellish dealing with her ex, time to get rid of this idiotic fool!!
Now since the poor lady is the new owner and mamager she can turn around and fired the rude long curly hair boy and hired the woman and make manager so she can have better life.

This story needs a part two with Jeb Jones Jr ending up broke and homeless begging for money after when his business goes bankrupt
When that happens, I'd like to see Jeb Jones, Jr begging for scraps at a Tasty Burger (which is a larger store that Irma is managing--maybe her second location?). Irma would say to the clerk, "Enter an order for a Tasty Burger, extra mustard, no onions and a chocolate milkshake, ice cold. Charge it to my account." And she'd smile sweetly to Jeb.

This is based on a real event that took place last year. A 48 year old man attacked a teenage female cashier by throwing a milkshake at her because his son has a peanut allergy and there we’re peanuts in it. (Btw, he failed to tell the staff about that) he also said a racial slur that got him arrested for assault and bias intimidation.

Exactly, it wasn't the girls fault. He should have asked if the milkshake contained peanuts if his son had a peanut allergy.

I tried to help 2 young men create a new direction by hiring them. What was sad is I was planning to keep them on because they needed a direction and they ended up being entitled and arrogance and unteachable and I had to fire them. They didn’t see that I was kind of giving them an opportunity. Hopefully people will see this video and shows your actions and attitude can either bring you very good things are very bad. Expect to receive the same that you dish out,

We have taken on 4 people nearing retirement age,all we're fabulous experienced people. All stayed on after retirement. But eventually had to leave. We knew they would not be with our shop for long, but our customers often ask after them.getting older doesn't mean you are useless.
